Description

Legume grown on the land of the Sassi Neri farm, in Montenero d’Orcia, Grosseto, Tuscany. These chickpeas need to soak for at least 12 hours before cooking. Once soaked, cook in boiling salted water for an hour or 30 minutes in a pressure cooker. Very good eaten as they are seasoned with a good extra virgin olive oil and ground pepper, they also lend themselves well to the preparation of soups, velvets and sauces. 500 gr.
