Produced with Senatore Cappelli durum wheat flour and chestnut flour from Monte Amiata in Tuscany, wood-dried as it once was. Both flours are stone-milled from our mill. Do not use garlic, onion and tomato. Prefer white sauces with sausage, mushrooms or minced pork and fennel, or ricotta, walnuts and raisins. Also delicious in chickpea and rosemary soups or in mushroom soup instead of bread. 500 gr.
