Lambrusco dell’Emilia IGT Solco, Paltrinieri


Paltrinieri’s Lambrusco dell ‘Emilia Solco comes from vineyards located in the historic “zona del Cristo” of Sorbara, in the Modena municipality of Bomporto.
It is produced entirely with Lambrusco Salamino grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After the classic red winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place in steel autoclaves, according to the Charmat method.

Dark purplish red color, with fine perlage, perfume with intense notes of ripe fruit, cherry and black cherry. Pleasantly delicate, fresh, soft taste with good acidity.

PAIRING: excellent as an aperitif, with charcuterie, pasta with meat sauce, dry pastries.
