Description
Very fine perlage with a straw-yellow texture with slightly golden streaks. On the nose, fresh but intense notes of Mediterranean citrus and crispy yellow fruit: cedar, orange, lemon and then more distinct aromas such as musk, mint, thyme almost balsamic. On the palate you can enjoy a facet of sensations harmonized very well in the body of the wine: the perfect synthesis of its accents makes its taste approach seductive. A full-bodied Francacorta, for meals, without ever losing its innate elegance and freshness.
PAIRING: Excellent as an aperitif and throughout the meal. Excellent in combination with sweet desserts.
