Soak for 10-12 hours by changing the water twice. After soaking, rinse the chickpeas well under running water and cook them in plenty of boiling water for about an hour, to which you have added a clove of garlic and a sprig of rosemary. Cooking must be slow and over a very low flame. 500 gr.
