It is a Pâté for croutons. In Tuscany it’s the traditional starter of the holidays. It’s not Christmas without croutons. An exquisite recipe with a very poor ingredient: chicken liver. Ideal with stale toasted Tuscan bread. But you can also blend them with a white ragu, to create an excellent sauce. Vacuum-packed with autoclave technology, which perfectly protects the sauce, so you can enjoy unique flavors within a few minutes, without sacrificing its highest quality.
Our product does NOT contain added water. We recommend that you emulsify it with a ladle of cooking water.
