With chestnut flour and grains, pearl spelled, black lentils, rice, pearl barley, peeled yellow lentils. This soup does not require soaking. Brown fresh sausage and wild fennel, add the soup and dilute with water, cook for about 45 minutes. The result will be similar to a risotto. 500 gr.
