The spring menu

Dear guest,

this is Fatt’ammano’s spring menu, it was born being closed at home, but it is in effect a JOURNEY: in the world, but also within us, in the MEMORIES OF HOME, of FAMILY, because to be ready to step on soils far away one must first have walked the path of the heart, without this path we are blind. And so the menu is a hymn to simplicity, it is the caress that mum gives us on the cheek.

We hope that this warmth will reach you in the TASTES and COLORS, in the textures and smells, making you feel a little at home, but with your head on a journey, far away.
