The Autumn menu

Dear guest welcome,

Ruffian, easy, but not indifferent. This is Fatt’ammano’s autumn menu, a melancholic season, in the positive sense of the term, rich in Brazilian “saudade”, the sensual and nostalgic memory of the summer that is leaving us. And then you will find simple dishes, which recall the moment we are living in, with pumpkin and figs, mushrooms (not necessarily porcini) and cabbage. We continue to play with flavors and shapes, textures and memories.
Without pretensions (except to have fun), respecting ourselves, the producers and the friends who continue to choose us.
