The summer menu

Dear guest,

welcome to Fatt’ammano, here is the summer menu, it is easy and simple, like the season it tells. I thought about it abandoning myself to the idea of heat, the scents of aromatic herbs, the sun and beaches. I looked for dishes to pair with fresh and fragrant wines. As always, it tells with joy, a story of a journey up and down Italy, it tells the culture of all-Italian food, in a thousand and more variations of different cultures.

And as always it is a journey back in memory, in tradition, I hope you like it, it will make you curious and make you spend a few minutes of… happiness.
